Terms & Conditions

1. Service Scope

CS Logistics provides courier, logistics, and 2-man delivery services across mainland UK. Our services include same-day and next-day collection and delivery of goods as agreed at the time of booking. Services are subject to availability and may be affected by factors beyond our reasonable control such as traffic, weather, or access restrictions.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings are confirmed once we have accepted your request and provided a quote that you have agreed to. You may cancel a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled collection time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of collection may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking if circumstances require, in which case we will notify you as soon as possible.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted on a per-job basis and are based on the information you provide at the time of enquiry, including collection and delivery locations, item size and weight, and any special requirements. The final price may be adjusted if the actual job differs materially from the original description. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Liability

We take reasonable care in handling and transporting your goods. However, our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the goods at the time of booking, up to a maximum as agreed in writing. We are not liable for loss or damage caused by inadequate packaging provided by the customer, inherent defects in the goods, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

5. Insurance

CS Logistics carries goods-in-transit insurance to cover items during collection, transport, and delivery. Cover is subject to the terms and limits of our insurance policy. For high-value items, we recommend you arrange additional insurance to cover the full replacement value. Please contact us before booking if you require details of our insurance cover.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • The information provided at the time of booking is accurate and complete
  • Items are adequately packaged and ready for collection at the agreed time
  • Suitable access is available at both the collection and delivery addresses
  • Prohibited or hazardous items are not included in any consignment without prior agreement

7. Complaints

We aim to provide an excellent service on every job. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. Complaints should be made in writing to cslogisticsbham@outlook.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to resolve it within 14 working days.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
